This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and sign up for participation.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

• All applicants must pass a CORI Check.
• All interested applicants must be available to work on Sundays.
• Express commitment in not only knowing the rules of the game, but also posses a willingness to enforce the rules if applying to be a referee or stat keeper.
• Consistently exude a "level-head" while having the ability to make a decision in an occasionally high pressure environment.
• Be able to collaborate and consistently perform as a "team player" with other staff members.
